When I met Melanie, she was extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable. She walked me through the entire process and even when I was a little doubtful, she reassured me that everything was going to be ok. We did everything together. From sketching the outline, to picking out the right brow shade. The initial first step stung a little bit but the pain is tolerable. She also prepared me for it too.
